Job Description: Join our exciting new venture in Barcelona We are opening women's fashion retail stores and are looking for a passionateStore Managerwith a love for fashion, retail, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations: sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and overall performance. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build customer loyalty. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): sales, stock levels, conversion rates, etc. Implement sales strategies, promotions, and in-store events. Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail (preferably women's fashion) Strong passion for fashion and good knowledge of current trends. Proven leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, and excellent customer service. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Fluent in Spanish Currently residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate. We Offer: Permanent full-time contract.
