We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers. Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission: Oversee EMEA Digital projects for the Fluidra Digital Ecosystem of products and services, act as a buffer between the team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. The main purpose of this role is lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, and you'll be reporting directly to the Agile Office Manager based in Spain (Sant Cugat) in order to develop a consistent product, service strategy and value propositions. Your responsibilities: Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the projects Facilitate the required ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement and planning Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Coordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team Work closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritized Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization Promote a continuous improvement mindset Provide updates on status/progress To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following: At least 2-3 years of similar experience Motivated about “IoT and Digital solutions” Having an experience in the field of Software & Application development is a must Some international exposure required (study and/or work abroad, work experience dealing with international counterparts) Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban Practitioner Knowledge of Agile process and principles Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Experience on scrum/kanban teams Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum team and coach Ability to work with and lead a team Ability to adapt to a changing environment Self-motivation and ability to stay focused Use of project management tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Fluent English & Spanish both written and verbal is a must have What can you expect from Fluidra?
