The objective of this role is tointernalize the operational leadershipof incident response while remaining deeply technical. This is asenior, operational positionfor someone who enjoys ownership, investigation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Act asIncident Response Leadand Blue TeamTechnical Lead Take operational ownership of incidents andL1/L2 ticketswhen required Challenge and improve the performance of the external SOC EnhanceSIEM rules, detections, and response workflows Lead investigations and coordinateglobal security incidents Perform and guideforensic data collection and analysis Drive innovation and continuous improvement in incident response capabilitiesRequired Experience 5+ years experience inIncident Response / SOC / Blue Team operations Hands-on experience withSIEM platforms and detection engineering Solidforensics and investigationskills Ability to lead xiphteb technically while remaining operational Experience working ininternational, enterprise environments Fluent English(working language)Additional Information Location:Hernani, Spain (hybrid – 3 days on-site), Contract:Internal position (no contractors) Start date:ASAP (target within 2–3 months) Salary:Competitive, depending on experience Candidates must beliving in Spain (Relocation okay)
