En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando un equipo de Data Scientist / IA / ML / MLOps formado por perfiles juniors, middles y seniors para integrarse en nuestra BU de Data & Analytics. El equipo de Data & Analytics de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales, llevando a cabo importantes proyectos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, estrategia del dato, gobierno, integración y arquitectura, abarcando todo el ciclo de vida del dato.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOSBuscamos perfiles con experiencia en alguna de las siguientes funciones (según seniority) y tecnologías del entorno Data Science / IA / ML / MLOps:- Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de machine learning y deep learning. - Implementar pipelines de datos y flujos de entrenamiento/despliegue (CI/CD para ML). - Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería y producto para integrar modelos en producción. - Monitorizar el rendimiento de los modelos y realizar mantenimiento continuo. - Participar en la definición de arquitecturas de IA escalables y eficientes. - Conocimientos de Python, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy. - Experiencia con algún framework de IA: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face. - Experiencia en alguna herramienta de MLOps: MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc. - Conocimientos de Docker, Kubernetes y servicios cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure). - Muy valorable contar con alguna certificación relacionada.BENEFICIOS> Incorporación inmediata a compañía líder del sector IT con un alto grado de expertise en el área de Data & Analytics dónde nos encontramos en pleno proceso de expansión.> Estabilidad laboral a través de contrato indefinido con amplias oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento en la compañía.> Modalidad de trabajo 100% remoto, con flexibilidad para ir a nuestras oficinas o las de nuestros clientes en Madrid o Barcelona.> Paquete retributivo muy competitivo acorde a la valía del candidato.> Posibilidad de acogerse a planes de retribución flexible (tarjeta restaurante, tarjeta transporte y tarjeta guardería).> Seguro médico y GYMPASS.> Planes de formación adaptados a cada perfil (cursos técnicos, certificaciones oficiales, formación de idiomas...).> Portal de descuentos especiales para empleados.> Buen ambiente de trabajo y entorno muy colaborativo.
