Un poco de contexto siempre viene bien…

Forward es una startup que nace del grupo Iturri, y su principal misión es crear nuevos negocios con un fuerte componente tecnológico e innovador. Han conseguido combinar todo lo bueno de una startup (independencia, identidad y cultura propias, distintos modelos de operación e incluso oficinas independientes), con las ventajas de pertenecer al grupo Iturri, que actúa como inversor y les facilita el acceso al mercado.

Están convencidos de que el software es una forma fantástica de transmitir conocimiento, y creen en su capacidad para transformar el mundo. Diseñan “human frameworks” y desarrollan productos digitales que ofrecen as-a-service. Buscan nichos donde poder ser los mejores.

Springter lo usan ya grandes clientes como Renfe, Correos, Naturgy, Makro, Cofares, y más de 100.000 usuarios en total que han pedido o recibido más de dos millones de unidades de productos, en más de 1.000.000 de transacciones.

Springter ayuda a empresas con miles de personas, permitiendo que los trabajadores gestionen su equipamiento de trabajo, ya sea vestuario, EPI, calzado, herramientas, etc. Automatiza tareas, integrándose con todos los sistemas como SAP involucrados en el proceso.

Esperan que ayudes a mejorar la solidez de Springter: fiabilidad, performance, escalabilidad y seguridad, a reducir deuda técnica, a liderar el proceso de migración a .Net Core, y a implementar testing y pruebas.

A nivel de stack trabajan con .Net Framework y SQL sobre infraestructura de AWS. Lo ideal sería tener experiencia previa en Azure DevOps tanto a nivel de gestión de tareas, backlog y ceremonias, como a nivel de automatización de procesos CI/CD y pipelines.

Tu primer díaEn 1 mes

Este mes es para aterrizar y conocer a tus compañeros. Pasarás mucho tiempo con Carlos Sánchez (CEO) los primeros días, quien te explicará de primera mano todo lo necesario sobre Forward.

Desarrollo de código y mejora continua del backend, liderando el diseño y mantenimiento de funcionalidades clave.

Migración del backend de .Net Framework a .Net Core.

Implementación y mejora de estrategias de testing para garantizar la calidad del software.

Optimización de rendimiento y escalabilidad.

  • Experiencia de al menos varios años en el desarrollo de sistemas backend con .Net.
  • Diseño y desarrollo de bases de datos SQL Server.
  • Experiencia con Azure Devops.
  • Inglés intermedio (B2) para participar en reuniones con clientes internacionales.
