Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de IT superiores a 20 personas con capa de middle management. Necesidad de sistemasmás resilientes, escalables y coste-eficientes. Alguien que sepa priorizar impacto en revenue, complejidad técnica y capacidad real del equipo.#Como VP Engineering:~ Liderarás lapriorización entre negocio, producto y tecnologíaSerás responsable de que la plataforma sea: Preparada para operar en múltiples zonas horarias Traducirás necesidades comerciales y operativas en decisiones técnicas claras y accionables. Sistematizarás reglas de negocio complejas para reducir carga manual y repetitiva en ingeniería. Acompañarás a negocio en reuniones clave con clientes, aportando visión técnica y entendimiento del producto.#Entender el contexto comercial para tomar mejores decisiones técnicas, sin ser responsable de discovery ni definición funcional de producto. Traducir necesidades de negocio y operaciones en decisiones técnicas claras y escalables. Actuar como socio técnico del negocio en reuniones clave, aportando criterio y visión de plataforma.Plataforma & Infraestructura Asegurar alta disponibilidad, monitoring y resiliencia del sistema.AWS (principal) Kubernetes / EKS Terraform DevOps / DevSecOps Optimizar costes de cloud y planificación financiera de tecnología.Inspirar y alinear a equipos técnicos y no técnicos alrededor de una visión común. Elevar el nivel de conversación técnica en comités de liderazgo y con clientes.#Experiencia senior comoVP Engineering / Director of Engineering / Head of Platformen empresas deproducto SaaS escaladas.Escalado real de plataforma Crecimiento de clientes enterpriseArquitectura de sistemas distribuidos Infraestructura cloud AWS (imprescindible) Kubernetes / EKS Terraform TypeScript (core) Scala (legacy – deseable) Python (datos) Golang / Rust (plus)Persona directa, clara y honesta. Capaz de explicar sistemas complejos mediante analogías y lenguaje sencillo.Cómoda hablando a todos los niveles: Ingeniería Operaciones Clientes Background & ubicación Experiencia previa enTraveles altamente valorada (aerolíneas, hoteles, transporte).
