About the Role:
We are seeking a new hire with background in Quality and knowledge in QMS systems who is excited to dive into the world of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-growing field, working with cutting-edge systems and helping implement solutions that drive efficiency and quality in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Quality solutions, supporting team efforts and contributing to system setup, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with team members to define and address business requirements while providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, proactively identifying solutions with minimal guidance and maximizing results.
Ensure smooth integration and continuous improvement of QMS systems, delivering value to the organization.
Work independently when required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain a solutions-focused approach to challenges, always aiming to resolve issues without complicating the process further.
Who We’re Looking For:
~ Proactive and solution-oriented – able to tackle challenges independently while maintaining a calm and constructive approach.
~ Collaborative team player – comfortable working within a team environment, yet capable of managing responsibilities autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks.
~ Results-driven mindset, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
~4–5 years of hands-on experience in Quality – strong technical understanding of the platform (beyond end-user level). Experience with QA, and QMS such Track Wise, or Veeva is a plus but not mandatory.
