Si su perfil encaja, presente su candidatura.Estamos orgullosos/as de ser reconocidos como una de las100 mejores empresaspara trabajar en España porActualidad Económica (El Mundo)en el 2024 y porForbesen 2023 y 2025¿En qué consiste el Programa de Graduates?Desde el área de negocio de Serveo estamos buscando 50 universitarios/as recién graduados/as en Ingeniería y Ciencias Sociales a nivel nacional, cuya misión será colaborar y dar soporte a los gestores/as en la organización de los contratos/servicios asignados, planificando las operaciones y supervisando al equipo de trabajo.¿Cuál será tu rol?Mantenimiento de las instalaciones industriales asignadas en cada una de las rotaciones (facility management, mantenimiento y producción, data center, consultoría industrial, etc.).Mejora continua e innovación: identificación, diseño e implantación de mejoras a nivel técnico y operativo de la mano de los mayores expertos a nivel nacional en metodologías LEAN aplicadas al sector industrialGestión de equipos: planificación del servicio, selección, capacitación, etc.Gestión económica del contrato asignadoGestión comercial de los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades, compartiendo propuestas de mejora o resolviendo incidencias.¿Qué buscamos?Recién graduados/as en Ingeniería Industrial (Tecnologías industriales, eléctrica, electrónica, energía, mecánica, organización industrial o similar) hace menos de 3 años.Valorable máster en ingeniería.Valorable experiencia en prácticas en otra compañía, voluntariado y estancias en el extranjero.Nivel alto Paquete Office.Nivel alto de inglés (B2).Foco en el Cliente, Empuje por obtener resultados, Colaboración, Comunicación e Influencia, Pensamiento crítico, Creatividad, Aprendizaje continuo.Posibilidad de realizar un contrato en prácticas.Disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato formativo de 1 año de duración(inicioenero 2026 ), con dos rotaciones en diferentes proyectos a nivel nacionalPosibilidad de incorporacióncon contrato indefinido a posteriori y desarrollo y proyección profesional a través de participación en proyectos transversales, formación, movilidad interna y colaboración con expertos internos.Excepcionalambiente de trabajo , que te ayudará a sentirte como 'en familia' desde el primer día.Flexibilidadpara facilitar la conciliación entre la vida personal y profesional.
