Our European headquarters is in Barcelona, leading the brand’s development across the region.📍 Work arrangementThis position is based fully on-site at our Barcelona office.💡 Why join us?• Join a fast-growing international automotive brand at the heart of its European expansion.• Work in a dynamic and multicultural finance team where your contribution directly impacts business performance.• Develop your career in an innovative environment that values precision, collaboration, and learning.• Be part of a company that combines global ambition with a strong local presence in Barcelona.• Enjoy clear career progression and opportunities for growth within the Chery Group.🔧 Key responsibilities• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.• Monitor overdue accounts and perform regular aging analysis.• Communicate with customers regarding billing, payments, and disputes.• Ensure accuracy of AR records in compliance with accounting standards.• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.• Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit requirements.• Prepare AR reports and provide insights to management.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in AR management.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.• 3–5 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies.• Strong knowledge of AR processes, invoicing, and reconciliation.• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel).• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan and Chinese are a plus.• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.🎁 What we offer• Competitive gross annual salary.• International and collaborative working environment.• Professional development within a growing global brand.• Full-time position based in Barcelona HQ.
