We are recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher supported by the BREATH MSCA Postdoctoral Program at CIC biomaGUNE (https://www.breath-cofund-postdoctoral-programme.eu/)The project will cover:Systematic screening of interactions between biochemically defined host-tissue components and pathogenic bacteriaAnalysis of bacterial phenotype in the presence of defined biochemical inputsMolecular reconstitution to dissect the mechanisms governing these interactionsPreferred (but not mandatory) skills:Protein expression (bacterial and mammalian) and purification (affinity, SEC, FPLC-assisted)Live imagingFlow cytometry and BSL2 workPosition details:Duration: 2 years, full-time📩 How to applyFor more information, you can contact Natalia Baranova at nbaranova@cicbiomagune.es.
