Job DescriptionBuscamos una persona para incorporarse de beca en el equipo de Asset Services en Barcelona.Dando apoyo y soporte al equipo en:Mantenimiento de la información en Yardi: TODOS los aspectos relacionados con el activo: Facturación/ingresos; contabilización gastos, contratos proveedores, presupuestos, información contractual de inquilinos… Actualizaciones fianzas, rentas, IPC Renovaciones avales Elaboración de informes Elaboración de presupuesto y cierre de gastos conjuntamente con Property Cambio de titularidad de suministros Comunicación de cambio de propiedad a los proveedores Reclamaciones de deuda – gestión de deuda inicial antes de burofax Documentación de deuda coordinando con abogados Coordinación con los contables Obligaciones contractuales del contrato gestión Seguimiento de facturación y cobro de honorariosPerfil que buscamos:FP Administracion y Finanzas /Grado en: ADE, Económicas, Finanzas o similar. Y/o Másters similares Persona resolutiva y autónoma Usuario avanzado de Excel Facilidad para trabajar en entorno digital Inglés: nivel alto Comunicación y facilidad para relacionarse con cliente internoImprescindible disponibilidad a jornada completa de L - V (Incorporación Inmediata
