¿Te gustaría construir y operar funnels digitales de alto volumen en una empresa referente en el sector educativo digital y de crecimiento personal?Desplácese hacia abajo para encontrar los detalles completos de la oferta de trabajo, incluyendo la experiencia requerida y las funciones y tareas asociadas.Desde IMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING, consultoría de selección de perfiles Technical, Middle & C-Suite, buscamos un/a MARKETING OPS (OPERATIONS FUNNELS & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST) con sede en Madrid.Como Marketing Ops (Funnels & Automation Specialist), te integrarás en un equipo creativo y cercano, con una cultura abierta.Entre tus funciones principales estarán:Diseñar, implementar y optimizar funnels end-to-end (captación → nurturing → conversión → venta → retención).Gestionar Email Marketing avanzado en plataformas como ActiveCampaign / GetResponseConstruir y mantener automatizaciones (workflows, triggers, condiciones, ramas, lead scoring, reactivación, post-compra).Operar y mantener el CRM: estructura, campos, estados del lead, calidad del dato, sincronizaciones y trazabilidad.Planificar y ejecutar lanzamientos grandes con miles de leads, con control operativo, QA y monitorización.Implementar y validar la medición y tracking con GA4 + GTM (eventos, conversiones, UTMs) y asegurar calidad de datos.Usar Hotjar para detectar fricciones de UXCrear dashboards e informes en Looker Studio.Realizar el seguimiento de KPIs del funnelPara esta posición se requiere:Experiencia en funnels digitales.Experiencia en Email marketing (ActiveCampaign, GetResponse u otras equivalentes),Automatizaciones y lead lifecycle,CRM (operación y explotación),Analítica y tracking: GA4, GTM, y herramientas de apoyo como Hotjar y Looker Studio.Experiencia previa en lanzamientos masivos.
