La organización trabaja de forma transversal entre áreas de negocio y tecnología, impulsando proyectos clave para mejorar procesos, productos digitales y la conversión en sus distintos canales. Actualmente estamos buscando un/aProject Manager Digital / A/B Testing Specialistpara incorporarse a su equipo.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Ser la persona de referencia y propietaria de la plataforma de A/B Testing (AB Tasty). Recoger, priorizar y coordinar peticiones de experimentación desde diferentes departamentos. Gestionar el ciclo completo de cada test: definición, implementación, seguimiento y documentación de resultados. Coordinar proyectos digitales para las áreas Comercial, Marketing y Customer Experience. Colaborar con equipos de IT, Digital y negocio para establecer requerimientos, plazos y prioridades. Mantener una comunicación fluida entre todos los equipos implicados y asegurar una entrega correcta de cada iniciativa. Documentar procesos, resultados e insights, promoviendo decisiones basadas en datos. Gestionar la relación con proveedores externos y asegurar el correcto uso de herramientas digitales. Apoyar iniciativas orientadas a marketing online, offline y acciones de comunicación cuando sea necesario.¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Entre 2 y 6 años de experiencia en Project Management digital, marketing-tech o entornos IT. Experiencia previa en A/B Testing (AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO). Conocimientos básicos de entornos web y app (HTML, JavaScript, APIs). Experiencia gestionando proyectos con múltiples stakeholders. Perfil analítico, organizado, autónomo y con capacidad para manejar varias prioridades a la vez. Inglés fluido (mínimo B2 alto).¿Qué ofrecemos? Proyecto estable con contrato indefinido. Modalidad híbrida: 3 días oficina - 2 remoto. Horario flexible y viernes intensivo.
