Freelance Senior Frontend Engineer (3k€ monthly fee)⚠️ We’re not looking for agencies or studios — only independent professionals.Hulahoop is looking for aSenior Frontend Engineer (Freelance) to help us design, build and scale the next generation of our digital platforms. We’re anearly-stage startupat the intersection of finance, culture and technology — buildingrobust, scalable and efficient SaaS productsthat make cultural investment more accessible, transparent and impactful.You’ll work directly with the founding team, taking strongownershipover architecture, UI and product decisions. In the coming months, we expect togrow the tech team, so this role will play a key part in setting the foundations and guiding future development.Develop modular, maintainable and scalable frontend architectures usingReact, TypeScript, Next.js and Tailwind. Ensure clean, reusable and well-documented code aligned withClean Architectureprinciples. Collaborate closely with design, backend and product teams to bring polished, accessible, and performant interfaces to life. Act as aguardian of product design and UI consistency, ensuring a refined user experience across products. Build and maintain shared UI components, internal libraries and design systems. Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, tooling, CI/CD, performance and scalability. Help define frontend best practices and processes as the team grows.5+ years of professional experience infrontend development. ~ Deep expertise inReact,TypeScriptand modern frontend architecture. ~ Strong sense forUI/UX, with attention to detail, usability and visual coherence. ~ Solid knowledge ofstate management,performance optimizationandtesting best practices. ~ Experience withNext.js,Tailwind,GitHub Actions, andCloud environments (GCP preferred) . ~ Fluent in Spanish and English. ~ Freelance collaborationwith a highly technical and product-driven founding team. ~100% remote work, flexible and async-first culture. ~ Opportunity to work in anearly-stage startup, with real ownership and space to grow. ~ Direct impact on the product’s architecture, design system and frontend culture. ~ Possibility tohelp shape and lead the future frontend teamas the company scales. ~ Software Development / FinTech Employment Type:Contract (Freelance)
