At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Practitioner to support B2B and File Integration initiatives within our partner global leader in pharma. ¿Quiere enviar su solicitud? Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating Agile team events and processes. Support teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering continuous value. Coordinate integration-related activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment. 5–8 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Lead. ~ Strong expertise in SAFe and scaled Agile environments . ~ Proven experience in integration projects (preferably B2B and file integration). ~ Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational delivery. ~ A proactive, structured, and accountable professional with strong communication skills. ~ High level of English (C1) . ~ Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).
