We cover Infrastructure, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production, supported by CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity.MISSION As an IAM SSO Engineer, you will: Provide Level 1/2 support to application owners across the BNPP group. Respond to Teams and ServiceNow requests, escalating non‑standard cases. Communicate incidents, changes and service events promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and automation.WHAT YOU’LL DO SupportBNPP application owners via Teams and ServiceNow tickets. Analysenon‑standard requests and coordinate with the Expertise Team. MonitorIAM services, detecting and alerting on incidents. Resolvecritical service issues quickly to maintain availability. Updateknowledge base and automate recurring processes.WHAT YOU’LL BRING Master’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience. 2‑4 years in IAM (authentication/SSO) with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs. Strong English (written & spoken); French is a plus. Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures. Ability to communicate security best practices clearly.
