You'll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges - ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible. Operations role is primarily focused onmonitoring, operating, and maintaining IT systemsacross enterprise infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: System Monitoring & Maintenance Oversee Windows and Unix-based systems across server infrastructures, ensuringhigh availabilityand reliability of services. Incident Management & Escalation Act as thefirst point of contactfor clients, escalating problem incidents to appropriate authorities and ensuring timely resolution. Infrastructure Changes & Requests Implement infrastructure changes, handle service requests, and support project management processes related to system operations Preventive & Proactive Operations Validate alerts, execute preventive tasks, and apply proactive measures to avoid outages or abnormal situations. Security & Compliance Apply security protocols and participate in processes that protect organizational infrastructure from cyber threats. There will be mandatory shifts covering the customer service 24x7(Morning, afternoon and night shift)Who You Are Who You Are You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work.
