Lo que harás Liderarás un equipo multidisciplinar en un entorno ágil para escalar nuestra plataforma tecnológica. Diseñarás, implementarás y mantendrás la infraestructura cloud (principalmente AWS).

Asegurarás despliegues eficientes, seguros y monitorizados en tiempo real. Fomentarás una culturaDevOps, explorando nuevas herramientas y optimizando los flujos de trabajo. Lo que buscamos Experiencia sólida conAWS(valoramos también Google Cloud u otras plataformas). Buen manejo decontenedores(ECS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experiencia enserverless(AWS Lambda). Conocimiento enCI/CD pipelines. Familiaridad con herramientas demonitorización y observabilidad(Datadog u otras). Buen entendimiento denetworking en cloud(VPC, subnets, seguridad, DNS, load balancing).

Capacidad paraautomatizar infraestructuras complejascon Terraform o Pulumi. Familiaridad conCloudFront / CDN / edge cachingpara optimizar la web y APIs. Prácticas deseguridad en infraestructura cloud: IAM, políticas de acceso mínimo, secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, Vault). Mentalidad deproducto: entender cómo tu trabajo impacta en clientes y negocio.

Ownership extremo: si algo falla en producción, lo sientes como tuyo. Suma puntos si tienes: Experiencia previa como Tech Lead, DevOps Lead o Senior Platform Engineer. Side projects o contribuciones open source. Experiencia previa en startups.
