Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive work culture by organizing events, managing internal communications, and collecting feedback to enhance employee satisfaction. Learning & Development: Participate in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs, helping to manage schedules, materials, and participant follow-up. HR Project Management: Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and employee wellness campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR-related reports, using data to track key metrics like turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.What do we offer you?~ Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month. ~4-day workweek with flexible hours and one teleworking day.
