If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.Your Responsibilities:Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new employees across departmentsDevelop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and online resourcesDeliver in-person and virtual training sessions on company policies, systems, and toolsOwn the employees Onboarding experience and ensure relevant Onboarding contentCoordinate training schedules, logistics, and communications across teams or locationsTrack and maintain training attendance recordsSupport the development and execution of sales training programsCollaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needsMonitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and implement improvementsOrganize product knowledge sessions for sales and support teamsWork with external providers or internal SMEs to arrange specialized training sessionsPrepare training-related documentation and internal communicationsWhat we expect from you:Experience in training or learning & developmentStrong Sales driven experience.Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skillsAbility to adapt training delivery to various learning styles and platformsStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel occasionally, if training is delivered across multiple sitesFull Professional Proficiency in English, other European language is a plusPrevious Sales Training experience is an advantageWhat we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and a top International Scale Up.Attractive Compensation package.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
