¿Te motiva liderar servicios de ciberseguridad y coordinar operaciones complejas?EnVIEWNEXT (Grupo IBM) ,buscamos a la persona que asumirá la gestión completa de un servicio estratégico, asegurando la coordinación de equipos, la calidad operativa y la evolución continua del servicio.Tus funciones: Coordinar la operación del SOC y los distintos servicios de seguridad gestionada. Supervisar actividades clave como monitorización, análisis y respuesta a incidentes. Alinear equipos multidisciplinares. Impulsar mejoras, optimizar procesos y elevar la madurez del servicio. Velar por el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas y marcos de ciberseguridad.Requisitos: Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Service Manager. Capacidad para coordinar operaciones de SOC. Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, gestión de vulnerabilidades y vigilancia digital. Capacidad de anticipación, resolución de problemas y orientación a mejora continua. Conocimiento de marcos de referencia y buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad.
