Head of FP&A, Commercial Finance & ReportingLocation:Barcelona (European scope)Type:Full-time (Permanent or FTC)The Role Join us as a critical finance leader reporting to the CFO Europe. You will own end-to-end FP&A and commercial finance across Spain, France, Finland, Germany, and Italy. Your mission is to drive profitable growth through analytical rigour, standardised reporting, and hands-on support for pricing and bid economics.Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance:Own pricing strategy, margin analysis, and project/bid evaluations. FP&A Leadership:Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for Europe. Reporting:Deliver the monthly Business Performance Review (BPR) and maintain a consistent KPI framework. Business Partnering:Act as the primary finance partner for country leaders to drive value levers like productivity and mix. Team Leadership:Manage and develop a team of analysts as the function scales.What We’re Looking For Experience:10+ years in FP&A/Commercial Finance, ideally in multi-country European environments. Sector Knowledge:Experience in project-based, services, or PE-backed organisations is a plus. Skills:Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI; ability to translate complex data into executive recommendations. Qualities:High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong influencing skills in matrix environments.
