Como Process Engineer serás responsable de establecer los estándares en el proceso de producción, comunicando y capacitando a los equipos de trabajo.

Colaborarás en la implementación de principios y herramientas de Global Manufacturing Excellence, incluyendo instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos de seguridad y calidad, DDS, y mantenimiento de CILs y CL.

Responsabilidades del rol

  • Modelo a Seguir en Seguridad: Serás un referente en prácticas de seguridad.
  • Optimización de Procesos: Establecer, monitorear y mejorar procesos utilizando metodologías de Control Estadístico de Procesos.
  • Estándares de Producción: Mantener y gestionar la configuración y los estándares del proceso, facilitando su aplicación.
  • Desarrollo de Productos: Apoyar el desarrollo de productos y materiales, implementando proyectos según Design for Six Sigma.
  • Capacitación: Dominar el diagrama de flujo de pérdida cero de DDS y entrenar a los equipos en su aplicación.
  • Análisis de Brechas: Realizar análisis de brechas técnicas en tu área de responsabilidad.
  • Liderazgo Técnico: Liderar actividades de grupos pequeños en tu área de tecnología, siendo el experto en procesos y tecnología para tu línea.
  • Mejora Continua: Optimizar continuamente los procesos de producción de manera sostenible a través de RCA y estandarización.
  • Entrenamiento de Equipos: Capacitar y entrenar a los equipos de operación para mejorar los comportamientos según los estándares y procedimientos definidos.

Formación Académica: Grado universitario en Química, Electricidad, Mecánica o equivalente.

Idiomas: Español avanzado; inglés intermedio.

Experiencia: Más de 2 años en funciones similares dentro del sector industrial.
