You’ll play a key role in shaping thearchitecture ,strategy , andengineering standardsfor reusableAI products, ML platforms,anddata-driven solutionsused across multiple business domains.⚡Main Responsibilities Define and lead thetechnical architecture , roadmap, and engineering standards for AI/ML platforms. Overseeend-to-end ML engineering lifecycle : development, automation, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Collaborate withData Science, Product, Engineering,andPlatform teamsto align technology with business goals. Buildscalable, reusable componentsandframeworksthat accelerateAI adoptionacross teams. Evaluatetechnical risks, model costs,and drivelong-term technology decisions . Communicatecomplex conceptsclearly to executives andinfluence strategic decisions . Participate incross-team technical communities , fosteringknowledge sharingandcontinuous improvement .Requirements Strongtechnical background as a software engineer , with arecent transition into a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager rolewithin AI-enabled or ML-driven environments. Proven experience working inAgile environments , assuming responsibilities similar to atechnical project manager(planning, prioritisation, coordination and delivery oversight). Demonstrated experienceleading large engineering teams , beyond small squads. Solid expertise inML engineering foundations , includingPython , AI platforms,MLOps ,CI/CD pipelines , andcloud deployments( AWS preferred ). Strong understanding ofdata and ML architecture , including pipelines, automation, andend-to-end model lifecycle management . Ability tosimplify complex technical concepts , propose pragmatic solutions, and drive alignment acrosstechnical and non-technical stakeholders . Experience working inlarge-scale, multi-team, multi-tenant enterprise environments . Excellent communication skillsinEnglish and Spanish . Astrategic and proactive mindset , with strong ownership and the ability toinfluence technical direction .
