Kleo is in a phase of rapid growth, closing its second round of investment and now looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team.What will you do?You will lead the conversion engine, turning potential leads into active clients by guiding startups and SMEs through our financing selection process.Pipeline design: You will help us to analyze and design the pipeline to guide the best leads to what they are looking for, with confidence and professionalism.Consultative Selling: You won't just sell a product; you will act as a trusted advisor. You will analyze clients' needs and explain in depth our diverse solutions: Public financing (ENISA, CDTI, IVF), Banking products, and Private investment.Strategic Proposals: You will work closely with our financial consultants to craft tailored proposals that ensure every client perceives the unique value of Kleo.Impact & Feedback: You will be the bridge between the market and the product, providing key feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to improve materials and customer experience.CRM Excellence: You will keep our engine running smoothly by maintaining up-to-date information in HubSpot and ensuring pipeline hygiene.What is Kleo looking for?Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Fintech, Financial Consulting, or Corporate Services.Financial Expertise: You have demonstrable knowledge of business financing products (loans, grants, equity, etc.). You understand the intricacies of the Spanish financing ecosystem (ENISA, CDTI, etc.).Closer Mentality: You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding conversion targets.Tech-Driven: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot is highly valued) and productivity software. Bonus points if you are familiar with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize your commercial workflows.Languages: Native/Bilingual Spanish (essential for dealing with local entities) and a high level of English for our international environment.Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office in Madrid (Cuzco area) and 3 days working from home.If you do not meet one or more of the requirements, it doesn't matter If you meet most of them and you are willing to grow and learn, please...
