- Conduct physical count/checking of Open RO, and sending of pertinent Report
- Conducts Inter Branch Reconciliation
- Uploads Financial Statements in the system
- Prepares GP Analysis for Vehicle Sales and Aftersales and uploads in the system
- Weekly and Monthly report for GP Analysis on New Vehicles
- Facilitates discussion of KPI/Financial Highlights to Operations
- Conducts surprise branch visit
- Monitors Accountable Forms
- Assists in the preparation of Fiscal Year End Working Folder
- Assists/Guides Operations on Financial Concerns
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Accounting or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): general accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.
- Proficiency in Accounting software(s) & MS Excel.
