Adwake by Entravision is seeking a talented and driven Ad Operations Manager with experience in Offerwall to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for mobile app performance and a knack for data analysis and optimization. Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize mobile app ad performance to maximize ROI.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and insights for campaign improvements.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to enhance ad operations.
  4. Monitor and report on ad fraud, ensuring the integrity of our campaigns.
  5. Generate and manage MMP links (Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava).
  6. Provide detailed reports to clients on campaign performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.

What We Are Looking For

Must haves:

  1. Experience with Offerwall.
  2. Experience with mobile app performance optimization.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Familiarity with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, and Kochava.
  5. Strong mathematical skills.
  6. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  7. English C1 is a MUST.
