Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un Director de Operaciones.

Nuestro partner, una start-up, con sede en Sant Cugat (Barcelona) y otra en Santa Cruz de Tenerife cuenta con más de 150 empleados en poco más de 2 años, con presencia internacional y cuya aplicación, con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes).

Misión:

Estamos buscando un perfil de Dirección de Operaciones cuya misión será garantizar la eficiencia operativa global, liderando los equipos y optimizando los procesos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio y financieros del proyecto Kit Digital, contribuyendo al crecimiento de la empresa.

El Rol:

  • Supervisión global de las operaciones relacionadas con el Kit Digital, asegurando la eficiencia y cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y financieros.
  • Coordinación de los distintos procesos operativos relacionados con el Kit Digital: adquisición de clientes, tramitación de expedientes, experiencia de cliente, calidad de las soluciones, etc.
  • Gestión de los equipos ubicados en la sucursal de Tenerife.
  • Identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora enfocadas a aumentar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Monitorizar y mejorar los unit economics asociados a la operación.
  • Realizar reportes e informes a dirección.

Qué buscamos:

  • Formación en ingeniería informática o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en la supervisión de operaciones complejas, con un enfoque en optimización y mejora de procesos.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos grandes (idealmente entre 50-70 personas).
  • Habilidad para contratar, formar y desarrollar talento, creando un entorno de trabajo productivo y cohesivo.
  • Capacidad para planificar, ejecutar y liderar proyectos operativos, desde la fase de diseño hasta su implementación.
  • Capacidad analítica para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y una orientación al logro de resultados y eficiencia.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de datos, CRM y software de gestión de proyectos, como Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, entre otros.
  • Familiaridad con el Kit Digital o programas similares será un plus.

  • Salario negociable en función de la experiencia (f+v).

  • Oficinas en Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Esta posición requiere vivir en la isla de Tenerife o mudarse a la misma (con residencia fiscal en España).
