Senior Transfer Agent

We are looking for a Transfer Senior Agent to join our team in our office in Benidorm. As a Transfer Senior Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer service in the different areas we manage, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Management and control of transfers in the different areas we manage.
• Coordination with transport providers to ensure the best quality of service
• Communication with hoteliers and TTOO.
• Management of claims and incidents.
• Coordinate the Airport Coordinators in Alicante Airport.
• Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in the area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus
