As a Junior Sales Agent, you will be instrumental in driving our success in this exciting new adventure. This position is not just a job, but an opportunity to come together at a key moment, shaping the future of the real estate sector in Ibiza, with a team where excellence is the norm and every day is an opportunity to exceed expectations.

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently achieve established sales objectives.
  • Provide detailed reports of client meetings.
  • Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire purchasing process.
  • It is not necessary to have a client list. The company provides the properties and the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent German.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English (professional competence).
  • Minimum two years of experience in the real estate sector (with sales history).
  • University education preferred. Specific sales training will be positively valued.
  • Competence in the use of CRM systems.
  • Proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork ability with excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High responsibility and analytical skills.
