We're looking for a Senior National Account Manager (Amazon). This person will be responsible for leading our fast growing Amazon business in the UK, and across key European markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland).
Turnover today is £11M, growing 60%, with Oatly Barista regularly a Top 10 item in Amazon Grocery, but we've barely scratched the surface of the opportunity that exists. Here’s the main elements of the role:
- Lead the development of our Amazon EComm strategy.
- Develop and execute exceptional joint business plans that help deliver against the company’s targets, goals, and objectives, working with Commercial Directors and General Managers to ensure harmony with other channels.
- Build and nurture valuable vendor relationships with Amazon vendor managers and brand specialists (AVS) to underpin a long-term profitable partnership.
- Partner with brand and media teams to drive brand penetration and engagement, fully maximizing the Amazon ecosystem drive growth through ads and projects by managing Oatly’s Amazon agency support.
- Plan and execute game-changing NPD launches across key European markets.
- Provide regular accurate commercial forecasts, ensure commercial profitability by managing chargebacks and resolve logistical challenges at pace in partnership with Oatly supply team.
- Identify customized portfolio opportunities with clear business case rationale, and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver.

- You've got demonstrable experience of trading with Amazon marketplace, and have a detailed knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, its opportunities and risks.
- You're authentically driven by hitting and exceeding targets and delivering results.
- You've got strong commercial financial acumen with experience in retailer JBPs and PLs.
- You've got your sh*t together – with excellent attention to detail, superb prioritization skills, and you’re highly organized.
- You’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
- You’re tenacious, resourceful and see setbacks and adversity as opportunities for growth.
- You naturally think laterally and creatively to identify opportunities for growth not obvious to others. You're within commuting distance to the London office in Farringdon, and you're willing to travel internationally if needed.
