Operational Supply Planning Manager/Planner

Desde Mur&Partners ofrecemos posición como Operational Supply Planning Manager / Planner para una reconocida empresa internacional.
MISIÓN
La misión principal de la posición será la desarrollar el Supply Planning plan a corto plazo, incluyendo la programación detallada para productos terminados, el programa maestro de producción y la planificación de requerimientos de distribución (DRP) para los activos relevantes en la red regional. Asimismo, contribuir a las revisiones de suministro y al proceso de S&OE, siendo la persona responsable de los niveles de inventario en toda la red, incluyendo el reabastecimiento.
FUNCIONES
- Traducir el plan de producción a medio plazo al plan a corto plazo (órdenes planificadas a órdenes firmes).
- Desarrollar y revisar los planes de producción y programación a corto plazo por línea / tecnología, considerando la capacidad, la utilización y el tiempo.
- Ser responsable de gestionar las transferencias de stock hasta el primer punto de desacoplamiento, mientras que gestionar desde el primer punto de desacoplamiento hasta toda la red.
- Monitorear los resultados diarios en comparación con el plan de producción semanal, rastrear la disponibilidad de productos, el cumplimiento del calendario de producción, y recomendar acciones correctivas para el incumplimiento.
- Identificar las necesidades a corto plazo de productos terminados (PT) en los mercados y proponer la asignación basada en la prioridad del negocio.
- Apoyar el análisis de inventario revisando las políticas de inventario, rastreando y gestionando los productos de lenta rotación, y monitoreando los obsoletos.
- Mantener parámetros selectos de fabricación (incluyendo restricciones).
- Proporcionar aportes y participar en la Ejecución de Ventas y Operaciones (S&OE), comunicando problemas de disponibilidad de materiales y restricciones de capacidad.
- Colaborar con los Programadores de Producción de Planta para alinearse en las actividades de programación.
- Colaborar con Compras y Planificación de Materiales para asegurar que las materias primas apoyen el calendario de producción.
- Identificar y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua que mejoren el rendimiento de la Planificación.
REQUISITOS
- Licenciatura o Grado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o Supply Chain Management.
- Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés (C1).
- Experiencia operativa de 2 a 5 años en la Planificación de la Cadena de Suministro y en otros roles de la Cadena de Suministro.
- Experiencia con herramientas avanzadas de Planificación (SAP, APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, ...).
- Experiencia con sistemas ERP.
