All about the role:

Our Marketing team is data-driven and focused on the development of a consumer-centric mindset, seeking to unleash the power of digital media to improve foundational brand processes and bring innovation to the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to build best in class retail environments for consumers to be inspired, learn and touch our products. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and brand positioning. Responsibilities:
  1. Trade Marketing (B2B):
    1. In collaboration with the commercial function, you will plan and execute the marketing plan for our key B2B partners such as El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, etc.
    2. Design and adapt the marketing material for offline and online purposes (in-store activation, sell out promotions, media plans, product catalogues, etc.)
    3. Create and manage B2B email marketing campaign for customers (retailers). As well as be responsible for the analysis of the results / KPIs.
  2. Consumer Marketing (B2C):
    1. In collaboration with Social Media agency, you’ll design and plan the social media campaigns and editorial plan for our brands AEG & Electrolux.
    2. Localization of B2C email marketing campaigns for customers (B2B), keeping aligned with commercial business strategy.
  3. Communications & PR (Press):
    1. Support in the organization of company events (communications & PR), such as new product launches, brand activations and presentations at sector fairs.
    2. Coordinate the relationship with PR agency to localize central and local press releases, being responsible for the Spanish newsroom.
  4. Marketing fundamentals:
    1. Manage the budget for marketing activities.
    2. Coordinate the relationship with external partners, such as agencies and suppliers.
    3. Be responsible for the correct implementation of the brand image (Brand Guidelines).
    4. Collaborate with Central and other local departments to maximize impact.
Who you are:
  1. Previous experience in marketing related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing in-store and brand activation campaigns.
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You will be collaborating both with external agencies and internal stakeholders both locally and internationally (Sales, Finance and product team).
  4. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections with consumers.
  5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  6. Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Fluent in English and Spanish.
