TasksYour responsibilities will be:
- Leading our IT department's development efforts to build state-of-the-art online stores for our ventures.
- Mentoring and proactively developing our team of web developers.
- Building and optimizing Shopify stores regarding conversions, page speed, and usability.
- Developing the front-end of various websites with different approaches and style guides.
- Continuously looking for the newest ways to improve the performance of our webshops.
- Analyzing collected data from various reports and dashboards.
- Helping to provide customers with an on-brand, positive, and efficient online shopping experience.
- Working with the Shopify and Webflow platforms and building/modifying HTML, CSS, JS, and Liquid files.
- Collaborating with team members to come up with creative solutions for user experience and deliver quality code.
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of Shopify development experience.
- Relevant professional experience in front-end development.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with changing topics and new tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (React is a plus).
- Professional-level English (German is a plus).
