What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer - GenAI Use Case Developer to join our Digital Solutions - DataLab team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative GenAI use-cases for our automotive engineering projects.

To succeed in this job, you will need to:

• Design, develop, and optimize process & prompts for various GenAI applications.
• Identify and develop use cases for GenAI technology within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, ML/AI engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based on IDIADA's platforms.
• Analyze and interpret results from GenAI models to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and prompt engineering techniques.

Profile:

• Demonstrated experience working with large language models (LLMs) & prompt engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI fundamentals, techniques, and best practices.
• Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries such as NLTK, language frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Experience in developing and implementing GenAI use cases in a business context.
• Familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embedding, and information retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of or experience with AWS framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI-based efficient and accurate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements, propose solutions, and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
