Nebeus is a multi-cultural and international team based in London and Barcelona.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join us in managing and growing relationships with our investors.
What Will You Do- Prepare and Manage New Investment Rounds:
Develop investment strategies and timelines for upcoming funding rounds. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for investor engagements. - Research and Identify Potential New Investors:
Expand the company’s investor base by identifying and reaching out to potential investors. Maintain a database of prospective investors and track engagement progress. - Organize and Maintain the Data Room:
Ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible to investors. Manage data security and confidentiality protocols. - Prepare and Update Investor Decks:
Create compelling presentations that highlight company performance, vision, and investment opportunities. Tailor materials to different investor audiences as needed. - Develop and Maintain Financial Models:
Build financial models to support fundraising efforts and strategic planning. Analyze financial data to provide insights for management and investors. - Collaborate on Company Messaging:
Work with Finance, Communication, Marketing, and Strategy teams to prepare messaging for the financial community, including earnings calls and investor presentations. - Support Quarterly Earnings Processes:
Assist in scheduling and content creation for earnings releases and press statements. - Understand Business Drivers and Metrics:
Develop a robust understanding of key business metrics. Identify and track themes for investor discussions to inform senior management. - Maintain Investor Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Participate in one-on-one meetings with analysts and investors as needed. - Prepare Investor Materials:
Create investor profiles, fact sheets, and briefing materials for calls and meetings.
- Strong understanding of finance, excel modelling skills are a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in investor relations or a related field.
- Ability to interpret information and financial concepts for the investment community and management and apply them in business analysis situations.
- Direct experience in Investor Relations, either as an Investor Relations Manager or Analyst, is desirable.
- Fully proficient in English, with additional languages including Spanish being a plus.
- Comprehension of financial statements required.
- Proactive, self-starter, who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistent common sense and excellent judgment skills will be critical to success in the function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A full-time permanent contract, following a trial period.
Up to 25 days’ holiday.
