Support and Integration Specialist (m/f/d)System Integration for our softwareapplications

As a Support and Integration Specialist (m/f/d), you willsupport Sales and Service in all activities relating to our cashmanagement technologies and GLORY innovations. You are the firstpoint of contact for our technical support, our customers anddistributors. With your analytical mindset and conceptual strength,you will contribute to the successful use and further developmentof our solutions.

Your tasks are
  • You will independently assume responsibilityfor support in the entire system environment at our customers'premises, where you will impress with your goal- andcustomer-oriented project management
  • Thanksto your analytical skills, you carry out error analysis athardware, firmware and software level
  • Ifrequired, you will support our sales department with your technicalexpertise at customer meetings
  • You will alsobe responsible for preparing and conducting internal and externalproduct training and presentations, including in English
  • You ensure a professional release of oursoftware through quality assurance, tests and approvals
  • In your role, you will be responsible for theevaluation, documentation and creation of manuals, technicalinformation and many other exciting GLORY documents.
You bring with you
  • Completed training in an IT environment, e.g. as an ITspecialist (m/f/d) or a degree in this or a related field. Ideally,you already have a background in a field with a focus on systemintegration.
  • At least 3 years ofprofessional experience in your field
  • Goodbasic technical understanding of mechanics, electronics and aboveall IT topics
  • Sound knowledge of MS andLinux operating systems and experience in analyzing log data
  • You have knowledge of databases, programmingskills in a high-level language or scripting language are anadvantage
  • Product management with attentionto detail is no challenge for you
  • Very goodcommunication skills and presentation skills are an advantage, butcan also be trained
  • Good written and spokenGerman and English skills
  • Willingness toundertake occasional business trips at home and abroad
