We are seeking a talented Odoo Specialist and IT Support to join our growing team in Mijas, Malaga. As an In-House Odoo Specialist and IT Support, you will play a crucial role in managing our Odoo ERP system and providing comprehensive IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize, configure, and implement Odoo ERP solutions tailored to our business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and integrate Odoo with other systems.
• Develop and maintain custom modules, reports, and workflows in Odoo.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• IT Support Duties:
• Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including workstations and network.
• Implement security measures and conduct regular system updates and backups.
• Assist in the deployment of new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Specialist with a solid understanding of Odoo modules and customization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages for Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of IT support best practices and hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with networks and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
