Buscamos a un/a Ingeniero/a Mecánico/a que pueda formar parte del departamento de Customer Assurance en un entorno de I+D. La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo de especialistas dirigidos a la resolución de casos incidentales de máquinas industriales ya instaladas en casa de cliente a nivel internacional.

¿Qué haré? Estas serán tus funciones principales:

  1. Te integrarás como Product Manager en un equipo de Customer Assurance.
  2. Respaldarás equipos industriales complejos en un entorno I+D, dando soporte técnico al proceso de introducción a mercado de nuevos desarrollos. Estarás trabajando en un equipo a nivel internacional (inglés importante).
  3. Brindarás soporte para resolver incidencias a nivel mecánico, electrónico y de HW.
  4. Recibirás incidencias y hablarás con stakeholders internos para identificar problemas en los equipos industriales.
  5. Transversalidad con equipos de R&D y Service / Go to Market.
  6. Usarás Jira como herramienta de ticketing y escalarás incidencias de mayor complejidad.
  7. Mantendrás y mejorarás el reporting, service manuals y documentación.
  8. Análisis de datos de campo con PowerBI, SQL y Excel.
  9. Relación directa con el responsable de validación.

¿Cómo lo haré?

  1. Tendrás horario flexible.
  2. Trabajarás en modelo híbrido con ubicación Sant Cugat del Vallès (3-4 días/semana en oficina). Los demás días podrás trabajar desde casa o también en las oficinas de Sant Cugat o de Barcelona.
  3. Tendrás un PC y los periféricos necesarios para el desarrollo de tu trabajo.
