Job Description:
- You manage a team of residential staff, suppliers and contractors.
- You ensure that the operations of the building, as well as the technical aspects, run smoothly.
- You assist the team in the day-to-day customer service.
- You monitor the collection of the rental fees.
- You are responsible for the on- and offline sales and marketing of your residence.
- You create lasting relationships with colleges, universities, other partners, etc.
- You'll work closely and report to the Regional Manager.
Your Profile:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality or Tourism Industry.
- You speak Spanish, as well as English.
- You know the basics of customer service.
- You're proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Google Ads and online marketing.
- You know how to make reports, a long-term planning and how to prepare budgets.
- You know how to manage and lead a team.
