Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages finance department, including monitoring and reviewing financial statements and reports, checking journal vouchers, cash disbursement vouchers, debit/credit memos, and other accounting documents.
• Ensures compliance with tax reporting and payments.
• Handles finance-related issues, including monitoring and reconciling accounts receivables/payables with operations and submitting financial reports as required.
• Monitors and manages bank loans and borrowed funds from affiliates.
• Maintains accountability for the company's cash management, including monitoring daily cash position, timely funding of bank accounts, maximizing fund utilization, and projections.
• Directs and organizes all accounting activities and finance personnel.
• Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in general accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, accounting principles, systems, and procedures.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in accounting software(s) and MS Excel.
• Open position in Rosario, La Union.
