Per solida realtà del settore degli impianti e dei sistemi di movimentazione automatici, in grado di fornire prodotti e soluzioni altamente ingegnerizzati dedicati ai settori della logistica dei pacchi e della movimentazione dei bagagli, siamo alla ricerca di un Production Manager.
Il production manager avrà il compito di coordinare e gestire il processo produttivo interno/esterno, garantendo qualità e disponibilità dei prodotti, in collaborazione con diverse aree aziendali per ottimizzare il flusso produttivo. In particolare la sua attività verrà articolata nel seguente modo:
Pianificazione della produzione- Gestisce e coordina l'intero processo produttivo basato prevalentemente su produzione presso terzisti con una minima parte di assemblaggio interno, garantendo che i prodotti siano disponibili nei tempi e modi richiesti dai clienti;
- Crea e aggiorna il piano di produzione in modo da soddisfare le richieste dei clienti e ottimizzare le risorse anche attingendo a risorse esterne se necessario;
- Identifica eventuali inefficienze e implementa piani di azione per migliorare la produttività e ridurre i costi.
- Assicura che la qualità della produzione soddisfi le prescrizioni dei clienti, gli standard di mercato e le specifiche aziendali;
- Implementa e monitora procedure di controllo qualità, garantendo che i processi produttivi rispettino gli standard internazionali e le normative vigenti.
- Collabora con le diverse aree aziendali, tra cui ingegneria, approvvigionamento, vendite e assistenza post-vendita, per ottimizzare il flusso produttivo;
- Collabora con i dipartimenti di ingegneria per implementare nuovi prodotti, con il team di approvvigionamento per la gestione delle scorte e con le vendite per le previsioni di vendita;
- Ottimizza l'uso delle risorse umane e materiali, identificando aree di miglioramento e implementando soluzioni efficaci;
- Lavora a stretto contatto con i fornitori per garantire che le forniture arrivino in tempo e soddisfino gli standard di qualità richiesti.
- Promuove una cultura della sicurezza, assicurando che le norme siano rispettate e che venga fornita la formazione necessaria al personale.
Il candidato ideale per ricoprire il ruolo, deve essere in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:
- Preferibile Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettronica, meccatronica o discipline affini;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi produttivi meccatronici, sistemi di controllo qualità, e delle norme di sicurezza e qualità;
- Almeno 7 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile all'interno di un ambiente produttivo meccatronico/settore impianti meccatronici;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare sopralluogo presso fornitori (in prevalenza Lombardia);
- Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (prevalentemente per lettura di documentazione tecnica).
