We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the first point of contact with our customers and whose mission is to make our users' experience enjoyable.

What we are looking for

As a Customer Success Manager, your general missions will be to:

  1. Be accountable for a dedicated seller portfolio.
  2. Upsell our different solutions: Shipping, Pay, and Marketplace.
  3. Reply within the required response time and qualitatively to the sellers on our CRM (at least 40 tickets per day).
  4. Hold bi-weekly webinars.
Qualifications
  1. 4+ years’ experience in account management or customer success.
  2. Fluency in both English and French is an advantageous qualification.
  3. Strong analytical skills - ability to understand and analyze learning and development needs.
  4. Ability to identify business challenges and turn them into learning and development solutions.
  5. Proven program management skills and experience.
  6. Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment.
  7. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  8. Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
