Your Mission:

We are looking for talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow. As a Sales Executive at Nestify, you will be responsible for driving supply growth by working with our senior management to identify top-of-the-funnel lease opportunities, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, and asset manage the properties. You will also be responsible for building relationships with owners and developers and pitching Nestify to them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Directly report results to the Sales Manager.
  2. Efficiently manage your pipeline to achieve monthly individual targets.
  3. Diligently honour appointments booked by potential Landlords through the Nestify website.
  4. Grasp the needs and expectations of potential Landlords, presenting Nestify as the optimal solution.
  5. Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls.
  6. Create precise property estimates for potential Landlords.
  7. Dispatch contracts promptly and professionally.
  8. Engage in consistent follow-ups with potential Landlords, keeping Pipedrive updated.
  9. Ensure seamless communication of crucial deal information with the operational team.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrate an impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the local real estate sector.
  3. Showcase a track record of successful business development experiences.
  4. Apply expert knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  5. Exhibit proficiency in office and computer tools.
  6. Display a natural sense of warmth in customer relations.
  7. Possess exceptional listening skills coupled with empathy.
  8. Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and unwavering determination.
  9. Thrive under pressure, managing stress with composure.
  10. Master the art of multitasking and swift adaptation to dynamic environments.
