We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Specialist & Office Assistant to handle cold calling, follow-up calls, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, excelling in phone-based communication and client follow-up. This role also involves multitasking and managing daily office tasks in a small, close-knit team environment.

Functions

Telemarketing Specialist

  1. Make cold calls to potential leads from the company’s database.
  2. Conduct follow-up calls to leads and manage lead communication.

Office Assistant

  1. Handle light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, payment/tracking of company invoices, and general office management.
  2. Provide general office support and assist with daily tasks.
  3. Welcome and attend to clients during meetings, offering beverages such as coffee or tea.
  4. Assist in organizing small office events and meetings, including company logistics.
  5. Manage multitasking effectively, ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Provide general office support and assist senior managers with daily tasks.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing (more experience is highly preferred).
  2. Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  3. Proven ability to handle cold calling and client follow-up calls with confidence and persistence.
  4. Previous experience in office assistance or administrative roles is a plus.
  5. Able to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
  6. Proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  7. Good skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. Ability to communicate in English.
