Desde Resource Group buscamos un Ingeniero de Fiabilidad para incorporarse al equipo de una aerolínea de carga y pasajeros en Madrid.

Resource Group is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the team of a cargo and passenger airline based in Madrid.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:
  1. Seguimiento de la Fiabilidad de sistemas, componentes y aeronaves de la flota, cuyo fin es una operación y un mantenimiento óptimo.
  2. Elaboración de proyectos para la mejora de los Programas de Fiabilidad y Procedimientos relacionados.
  3. Desarrollar y monitorear la elaboración de los reportes de Fiabilidad y sus procedimientos, realizando la corrección de los mismos.
  4. Asistencia técnica de las Ingeniería de Flota, Soporte Técnico, MOC y Mantenimiento en tareas complejas.
  5. Participar como integrante del Comité de Análisis y Vigilancia Continua de la Compañía (Reunión de Fiabilidad).
  6. Analizar en conjunto con el departamento Programas de Mantenimiento acciones para el desarrollo y optimización de los Programas de Mantenimiento de las flotas.
  7. Desarrollar en conjunto con Ingeniería de Flota el análisis técnico-económico de mejoras en sistemas y componentes de la flota, evaluando documentos de servicio recomendados de los fabricantes.
  8. Seguimiento y Desarrollo de KPI´s para el monitoreo de Sistemas y Componentes de la flota.
  9. Análisis y gestión para la resolución de No Conformidades vinculadas con el Programa de Fiabilidad y sus desarrollos.
Requisitos:
  1. Título de Ingeniero Aeronáutico, Ingeniero Técnico Aeronáutico, Graduado Ingeniería Aeroespacial.
  2. Al menos dos años de experiencia en departamentos de mantenimiento de una aerolínea EASA Part M o EASA Part 145 o un entorno de mantenimiento de la aeronavegabilidad.
  3. Nivel de Inglés avanzado.
  4. Dominio de los paquetes ofimáticos usuales como instrumento de trabajo (Word, Excel, Powerpoint o similares).
  5. Se valorarán conocimientos de normativa Part M y EASA.
  6. Se valorarán cursos de aeronaves.
Condiciones:
  1. Contrato indefinido.
  2. Horario de oficina.
  3. Ubicación: Aeropuerto Madrid Barajas.
  4. Banda salarial en función de experiencia (+ beneficios).
