  • Providing advice on contractual and legal issues arising during the execution of wind projects and also during the maintenance phase of the wind projects.
  • Providing support during negotiations with providers and assess the potential opportunities, impacts, and risks of the outcome of such negotiations.
  • Provide general legal advice to business partners and translating the legal topics into an understandable language.
  • Assisting in the improvement of existing contractual templates and in the creation of new ones.
  • Ensuring compliance with the group’s evolving policies and guidelines.
  • Intervening in the resolution of claims, controversies, and eventual disputes and in the subsequent phases with clients and suppliers providing an additional value to the final outcome of the discussions, with the support and guidance of in-house Litigation experts.
  • Participating and actively collaborating with legal teams and experts from other regions in cross-border transactions and contracts (including, without limitation, industrial and intellectual property related matters, technology license agreements, or build-to-print schemes).
  • Providing support on M&A activities within the organization.

What you need to make a difference:

  • You have a degree in Law (Spanish qualified lawyer) with a specialization in international business law.
  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in a law firm or in a corporate or business legal department of an international company in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sector.
  • You are completely fluent in English (oral and written) (French, Italian, or German language will be a plus).
  • You have an excellent knowledge of commercial contractual matters with an ability to manage commercial law in different countries (previous experience in M&A transactions will be a plus).
  • You are recognized for your very strong proactivity and responsiveness to business issues and always on a highly dedicated approach.
  • You have all the following abilities:
    • to adapt to a changing economic and regulatory environment;
    • to assume responsibility over your individual work, to assert oneself and to convince different stakeholders;
    • to collaborate with other colleagues (including other members of the SE&A Legal Team) where required depending on the matter at hand;
    • to create synergies between multicultural environments; and
    • to find a harmonious balance between potentially contradictory priorities (local versus international, customers versus society).

In return for your commitment, we offer you…

  • Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
  • A global team of diverse colleagues who share passion for renewable energy.
  • Trust and empowerment to make your own ideas a reality.
