- Administration and maintenance of network components in schools andfor business customers
- Supporting serviceproviders with the commissioning of network components
- Analyzing, diagnosing and determining reported faultsand rectifying them on site or remotely
- Collaboration in projects within the network division and acrossdivisions
- The development and optimizationof network environments
- Further developmentof the network concept for operation in schools and for businesscustomers
- You have successfully completedan apprenticeship in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for systemintegration) or a degree in computer science or have gainedcomparable experience as a career changer (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have manufacturer certifications from Cisco(CCNA), Aruba (AMF) or Fortinet (NSE4)
- Youwork just as well independently as in a team and aresolution-oriented
- A strong customer andservice orientation, as well as a structured and meticulousapproach to work
- way of working characterizeyou
- You have a class B driving license
- Fluent written and spoken German is aprerequisite - other languages are welcome
- Knowledge of network technology,especially in the areas of routing, switching and VPN
- The operation of LAN components in heterogeneousenvironments
- Ideally you have experience inthe planning and implementation of network concepts
- Knowledge of the manufacturers Extreme Networks, HPAruba as well as Huawei and Fortinet is also desirable
