1. Development of the work file for the creation of 'Service Request' (SR) and/or service request to Contractor.
2. SR request and/or service request to Contractor.
3. Contact with 'Territory Managers' and/or 'Contractor' to define operations planning.
4. Confirm the shipment of device and/or material to PUDOs or Customer Sites.
5. Track the arrival of the device and/or material at the Customer Sites.
6. Obtain information from the client for intervention at a defined time.
7. Coordinate sending of technical documentation about the Project to Technicians and Territory Managers and/or Suppliers.
8. Escalation management (point of contact with 'Project Manager').
9. Monitoring of final installation reports and sending these reports to clients. In case of lack of reporting, follow-up of interventions within the Oracle framework with SR and/or contractor closures.
10. Request for billing to customer and Sales Operations Support.
11. Reporting for internal use, customer and/or third parties.
