As a Marketing Trainee in the Marketing department, you will support business strategies, fostering a culture of high-quality standards and proactive selling.

What will I be doing?

A Marketing Trainee with Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. This is a 6-month program where you will perform the following duties to the highest standards:

  1. Assist in the review of business plans and ensure proactive measures to meet established objectives.
  2. Create content for Social Networks.
  3. Contribute to and support the hotel's commercial strategy.
  4. Support the repositioning of the hotel brand.
  5. Organize and support the commercial activities of the hotel.
  6. Look for opportunities to increase expansion on social networks.
  7. Ensure complete management and execution of planned events.
